Principle:

The cylinder is provided with a forward plate, which enables the material to be continuously picked up and sprinkled during the rotation of the cylinder, so as to make it fully contact with the hot air flow, so as to improve the drying efficiency and make the material move forward. The heat source of dry materials is generally hot air, high temperature flue gas, water vapor, etc. . The working process of the drum drier is as follows: the material liquid that needs to be dried flows from the high position groove to the receiving groove of the drum drier, the material is thin (film-like) attached to the surface of the drum by the film distributing device, and the heat supply medium is passed through the drum, in food industry, steam is usually used, the pressure is 0.2 ~ 6 mpa, the temperature is 120 ~ 150 ° C, and the material is vaporized by simple wall heat transfer during roller rotation, in a rotation cycle, the roll-off completed the film, vaporization, dehydration and other processes.
