The Rotary Drum Dryer is an indispensable piece of equipment in the chemical, light, coal, building materials, mining, and metallurgy industries. Principle:
When damp raw materials are introduced from one end, they are uniformly distributed and thoroughly mixed with countercurrent hot air through strategically placed blades inside the cylinder. This maximizes heat conduction, facilitating efficient drying. Inclined blades and hot air streams transport the material to the star section of the dryer, where it is subsequently discharged through the discharging valve.
