Principle:
Our innovative system begins by evenly distributing materials on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt via a feeder. Driven through the drier, each segment operates independently with dedicated hot air circulation. Specialized dehumidifying fans release tail gas, with exhaust precisely regulated by control valves to heat, dry, and de-moisturize materials. The belt's adjustable speed caters to varying material temperatures, seamlessly dropping dried products into the feeder. Customizable upper and lower cycle units cater to diverse user requirements, with modular unit selection available as needed.
Within the refined workings of our DW Series Innovative Drying Equipment, the material in the hopper is meticulously spread across the mesh belt by a precise feeder. This mesh belt, crafted from durable 12-60 mesh stainless steel, moves seamlessly through the dryer, driven by a robust transmission device. The dryer itself is an intricate system of several units, each with its own independent hot air cycle. A specialized dehumidifying fan and control valves manage the exhaust gas flow from each unit. In the upper circulation unit, warm air is drawn by a circulating fan, channeled through side air ducts to the lower chamber, where it is heated by a powerful heater. Distributed evenly by a distributor, this air surges upward as a jet flow, passing through the material layer to accomplish heat and mass transfer before moving through an air duct into the fan inlet, completing most of the gas cycle. Meanwhile, a segment of cooler, moisture-laden gas is expelled via a large exhaust pipe and moisture fan. In the lower circulation unit, air flows from a circulating fan into the upper chamber, is heated via a heat exchanger, traverses the material layer, and enters the lower chamber, where it mixes and recycles, with some discharge. This highly adaptable system allows for user-customizable upper and lower loop units, as well as the choice of unit numbers to meet specific requirements.
Our drying equipment, designed for the dehydration of vegetables, employs a sophisticated series of three sets of machinery that form the essential stages: initial, intermediate, and final drying sections. The initial drying section tackles high moisture content with a thinner material layer, accelerated running speed, and elevated drying temperatures, reaching up to an impressive 120°C or more. As the drying process progresses into the final section, material retention time extends substantially-up to six times longer than the initial stage-while the material layer thickness expands up to four times. For applications requiring material temperatures not surpassing 60°C, the process uses dry gas at approximately 80°C. By adopting a multi-stage combination, our belt drier achieves superior performance with uniform and consistent drying results.
