The rotary drum dryer holds a pivotal position in the chemical, light, coal, building materials, and mining & metallurgy industries. Principle:
When damp raw material is introduced from one end, it is turned over by strategically placed blades inside the cylinder. This action ensures uniform distribution in the dryer and optimal contact with the countercurrent hot air, thereby enhancing heat conduction. During the drying process, inclined blades and hot air streams move the raw material towards the discharge section, where it exits through the discharge valve.
