Principle:The process begins as material is evenly distributed on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh belt by the feeder. The belt moves through the dryer, which is divided into several independently circulating hot air units. A dehumidifying fan expels some tail gas, and the exhaust is regulated by a valve to optimize heat and moisture removal. The belt's speed is adjustable based on material temperatures, allowing the dried product to seamlessly fall into the feeder. Users can customize the cycle unit setup and select the number of units to match specific requirements.

This process ensures thorough heat and mass transfer, with seamless connection to the upper chamber. The lower circulation unit mirrors this precision, driving air first into the upper chamber, downward through a heat exchanger, across the material, and into the lower chamber, continuing the efficient cycle.
