The Flash Dryer operates as hot air enters the dryer base tangentially, forming a vigorous rotating wind field propelled by an agitator. Materials introduced via a screw feeder are rapidly disintegrated under the intense forces of high-speed paddles, facilitating complete hot air contact for efficient drying. The dried material is then transported to the dust collection system, while exhaust gases, containing 50mg/m3 dust, are expelled, completing the drying cycle smoothly.
