Principle:
The hollow blades, densely aligned on the wedge-shaped hollow shaft, allow the heat medium to flow through them. This design presents an extensive heat transfer area within the effective volume. With heat medium temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 320ºC, options include water vapor and liquid types like water and oil. The indirect conduction heating ensures heat is solely utilized to warm materials, with insulation minimizing environmental heat loss. The wedge-shaped blades maintain a pristine heat transfer surface by scrubbing away material attachments, preserving operational efficiency. The blade dryer features a W-type shell with 2-4 hollow stirring shafts, secured by a sealed cover to prevent dust leakage and facilitate material and solvent vapor collection.
