Principle:
The dryer incorporates densely packed wedge-shaped hollow shaft blades, allowing heat media to flow axially through them. This provides an expansive heat transfer area within the unit, accommodating medium temperatures from -40°C to 320°C using steam, water, oil, etc. Indirect conduction heating ensures maximum heat utilization, with minimal environmental heat loss thanks to an insulation layer. Continuous self-cleaning by relative movement between wedge surfaces and material particles keeps heat transfer surfaces immaculate. The W-type shell houses 2-4 hollow stirring shafts, sealed to prevent dust and optimize material and vapor containment.
