Principle:Materials are evenly distributed over a stainless steel mesh belt ranging from 12-60 mesh, courtesy of a precision feeder. As the belt progresses through the drier, each unit operates hot air circulation independently. Tail gas is expelled via a specialized dehumidifying fan while exhaust is managed by a regulating valve, maintaining optimal moisture removal. The belt's pace can be adjusted to suit material temperature needs, ensuring seamless delivery of dried product to the feeder. Flexible configurations, including customizable cycle units, cater to user-specific demands, offering scalable unit options for diverse requirements.

This state-of-the-art dryer is a marvel of engineering, consisting of multiple units with each unit boasting an independent hot air cycle. Exhaust gases are masterfully managed by a specialized dehumidifying fan, with each unit equipped with individual control valves. In the upper circulation unit, air is expertly channeled through the side air duct, ascending through heater 7, before being meticulously distributed by the cutting-edge distributor 6. This air then transforms into a powerful jet stream, permeating the material and emerging into the upper chamber. As the hot air traverses the material layer, a seamless heat and mass transfer process unfolds, connecting the upper chamber with the fan inlet via an intricate air duct system. While most of the gas recirculates, a portion, containing lower temperature and moisture, is efficiently discharged through a vast exhaust system. Meanwhile, in the lower circulation unit, air embarks on a parallel journey, first entering the upper chamber, then descending through a sophisticated heat exchanger, penetrating the material layer, and reaching the lower chamber.
