Product Description

Principle:
Hot air enters the annular gap at the bottom of the drying chamber in tangent direction from the inlet pipe and rises spirally. At the same time, the material is added into the tower quantitatively by the feeder and is fully heat exchanged with hot air, the larger and wetter materials are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator. The lower wet content and the smaller particle size materials rise together with the rotating air flow and are transported to the separator for gas-solid separation. The finished products are collected and packed, the exhaust gas is discharged after being treated by the dust removal device.

Advantages:

1. High circumferential gas velocity in drying chamber, short residence time of material, effectively prevent material from sticking to wall and heat sensitive material from deterioration, and can be dried into uniform powder products at one time, eliminating crushing, screening and other processes.
2. The drying chamber is provided with a grading ring and a cyclone sheet, and the fineness of the material and the final moisture can be adjusted. The special air distribution device reduces the resistance of the equipment and effectively improves the drying uniformity of the material.
3. Special cooling device and air pressure seal are arranged at the bottom of the dryer to avoid the deterioration of materials in the high temperature region at the bottom.
4. Can effectively control the final moisture and fineness, through the feeding, hot air temperature, classifier regulation, to ensure the product moisture content and fineness uniform.

 

Materials:
Paste-like, mud-like, filter cake and other materials, plate and frame filter press or centrifuge dehydration materials. Such as:

4. Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, a variety of azo dye intermediates.
5. Food category: soybean protein, gum doubt starch, Lees, wheat sugar, wheat starch and so on.
