Description:

The vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a kind of strengthened special-purpose drying device, which is usually used for the final drying of materials. The mechanical vibration during the drying process not only facilitates the turbulent flow in the boundary layer and enhances the heat and mass transfer, but also ensures the drying equipment to work under the relatively stable flow mechanics conditions. This equipment has a good drying function, but also according to the needs of the process with material granulation, cooling, screening and transportation processes. At present, it has been widely used in sugar, medicine, fertilizer, chemical industry, plastics, dairy products, salt industry, mining and metallurgy and other industrial sectors. The technology is basically mature and has been serialized.

Application area:
1.Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: a variety of tablets particles, boric acid, borax, hydroquinone and other additives.
2.Food building materials industry: Lees, MSG, sugar, salt, slag, bean seed and so on.

How it works:
At present, the most widely used horizontal vibrating fluidized bed dryer, the shape and basic structure and ordinary horizontal fluidized bed dryer is very similar. The difference is that the whole body of the vibratory fluidized bed is supported on the base by a spring, the perforated plate is slightly inclined to the discharging end, and a vibratory motor is installed on one or both sides of the body. The material depends on the mechanical vibration and the perforated air flow double function fluidization, and moves forward under the vibration function.
The machine is thrown by a vibrating motor to produce exciting force, and the material jumps forward under the action of exciting force in a given direction. At the same time, the hot air under the bed causes the material to be in a fluidized state, and the particles of the material are in full contact with the hot air, to achieve the desired results. The material enters the machine from the inlet. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal direction to move forward continuously. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed and the wet material for heat exchange. The wet air is discharged from the exhaust outlet after the cyclone separator dedusts, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge outlet.

Features:
1.The object receives the heat evenly, the heat exchange is sufficient, the drying intensity is high, compared with the ordinary dryer energy saving 30% -50% ;
2.The vibration source is driven by a vibrating motor, which has the advantages of balanced operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and long service life;
3.Uniform fluidization, no dead space and blow-through phenomenon, can obtain uniform drying, cooling, humidifying products;
4.It has good adjustability, wide adaptability, stepless adjustment for material layer thickness, moving speed in machine and full amplitude change;
5.It has little damage to the surface of material and can be used for drying fragile material;
6.Adopting the fully-enclosed structure, it effectively prevents the cross-infection between the material and the outside air, and the working environment is clean;
7.Vibration is helpful to material dispersion. If proper vibration parameters are selected, the material that is easy to agglomerate or produce channel flow can be fluidized drying smoothly;
8.Because there is no severe backmixing, the velocity of air flow is lower than that of common fluidized bed, and the damage to material particles is less. In the drying process requirements do not destroy the crystal, or on the particle surface photometric requirements of the material is the most appropriate.
9.The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, the higher the purity of the product, the better the quality.
10.The production process is simplified, the operation control is convenient. For the wet content of 40 -60% (special materials up to 90%) of the liquid can be once dried into powder products, dry without crushing and screening, reduce production processes, improve product purity. The product particle size, bulk density, moisture, in a certain range can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions, control and management are very convenient.


Workflow:
The material enters the machine from the inlet, under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal direction to move forward continuously, and the hot air passes through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet material, the wet air is discharged by the exhaust air after being dedusted by the cyclone separator (or the pulse bag filter) , and the dry material is discharged by the discharge port, and then collected and packaged.
